Oh Baby! prenatal vitamin program

FCHP's Oh Baby! program provides eligible participants* three 90-day supplies of prenatal vitamins, all at no cost.

This offer is only valid for prenatal vitamins obtained through an FCHP-contracted retail or mail-order pharmacy. Members will also need a prescription from their doctor for one of the four prenatal vitamins covered under the program:
