Oh Baby! eligibility and enrollment information

To participate in Oh Baby!, you must be a member of one of the following FCHP plans: FCHP Direct Care, FCHP Select Care, FCHP Flex Care Direct, FCHP Flex Care Select or Fallon Preferred Care. Program eligibility and benefits may vary by employer, plan and product.


Oh Baby! eligibility and enrollment guidelines

  1. The program applies to births and adoptions and is for parents or legal guardians.
  2. The mother must be enrolled in one of the eligible plans to obtain the prenatal vitamins.
  3. To be eligible for the car seat or breast pump, the American Academy of Pediatrics' book, Caring For Your Baby and Young Child: Birth to Age 5, the home safety kit and the announcement discount, the new child must be a member of one of the eligible plans.
  4. The mother must be enrolled in one of the eligible plans at the time of her postpartum visit to be eligible for the quarterly drawings for a $100 American Express® Gift Cheques.
  5. There is only one childbirth or sibling class reimbursement per contract. One of the parents must be enrolled in one of the eligible FCHP plans at the time the class was taken.
  6. Eligible members can enroll in the Oh Baby! program anytime prior to the birth or adoption through age 2.

Enrolling in Oh Baby!

You can enroll in Oh Baby! in one of two ways:

  • Enroll in Oh Baby! using our online form (My FCHP login required)
  • Contact FCHP's Customer Service Department:

    • By phone at 1-800-868-5200 (TDD/TTY: 1-877-608-7677), Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
    • By secure e-mail. You must be a registered My FCHP user with an activated PIN to access secure e-mail. If you have questions about using secure e-mail, please call the customer service number above.

Once enrolled, you'll receive an Oh Baby! welcome kit with more information about the program, including how to receive free prenatal vitamins, how to participate in the drawings and how to receive the following items:

  • a car seat or a breast pump
  • the American Academy of Pediatrics' book, Caring For Your Baby and Young Child: Birth to Age 5
  • a home safety kit
