Silver Sneakers® Fitness Program
Fallon Senior Plan members can access the exclusive SilverSneakers® Fitness Program, a health and fitness program that provides a basic membership to select fitness facilities, at no additional cost. Participating fitness facilities, which offer fitness classes for all levels, are located across Central Massachusetts and other parts of the nation.
Weight Watchers®
Fallon Senior Plan members receive a 12-consecutive-week membership in Weight Watchers® which includes the cost of registration.
Eyewear benefit
Fallon Senior Plan group members receive up to $150 toward the purchase of eyewear in a 24-month period.
Hearing aid benefit
Fallon Senior Plan group members receive up to $500 toward the purchase of hearing aids in a 36-month period.
