FCHP offers high-quality health plans for your Medicare-eligible employees and spouses. Our staff will work with you one-on-one to customize a plan design that best fits your needs.
Plan, benefit and network choices
You may choose to offer Fallon Senior Plan Premier (HMO), Fallon Senior Plan Premier Preferred (PPO) or both plan options. Both plans provide comprehensive health and wellness benefits with a tailored network of providers. We also offer a plan for retirees that live outside of Massachusetts (Fallon Companion Care).
Our PPO plan offers access to more providers than our HMO plan and includes in-network and out-of-network benefits. For both the PPO and HMO plans, members must live in the Fallon Senior Plan service area.
